So apparently the popular Cycles Gladiator wines have been banned in Alabama because…
Title 20 of Alabama’s administrative code, which pertains to the ABC board, states that: “No advertisement may include any illustration(s) of any person(s) consuming alcoholic beverages or any person(s) posed in an immodest or sensuous manner, nor shall any advertising contain profanity or offensive language.”
Profane? Offensive?
If we’re talking about what’s offensive when it comes to retail, what about well-crafted, independently-owned, delicious wines made by hard-working farmers and winemakers being shoved to the back of stores and bottom shelves so room can be made for these?

Seriously.
