At Salt, we’ve been pouring (and loving) Michael Bartier’s phenomenal (44-Year) Old Vines Chenin Blanc and it’s become the hit of our summer!  Zippy and fresh with lime zest and a bit of a sparkle, it’s lovely on its own or as a great match for an array of cheeses and charcuterie.

We are about to announce a very special evening featuring British Columbia’s much-acclaimed Road 13 Winery + Vineyards at Salt Tasting Room…
