I totally agree, there are no rules. Play with your food and wine and reach your own epiphanies.

That being said, Kurtis , would you serve Rosé (preferably Provencal style) after Spetember at Salt Tasting Room?

I think that people have looked beyond the “May to September” romance of Rosé and realized hat it has its own category in the wine world without being a compromise.
