The best wine show ever!
Wine Squad, a community-access series out of Melbourne, Australia looks quite similar to good parody, but is simply indicative of the good-natured, good-humoured Aussie approach to wine.
Hosted by “Big Blind Mike” (yes - he is both big and blind) and a couple of his mates, they bring on notables of the Australian wine world for casual sips and banter.
Equally hilarious, informative and entertaining - the show is reminiscent of Vaynerchuk’s WineLibraryTV, but not nearly as grating and much more earnest - the casual and fun nature of their conversation isn’t as calculated, strategic and over-the-top.
