I would like to thank my good friend Rhys Pender, who I’m looking forward to getting into trouble with (again) at Cornucopia this weekend, for pointing out these whimsical and delightful, purposely corny videos on Road 13′s website.

I’ve constantly said and believe, that Road 13 is dollar-for-dollar my favourite, most consistent BC winery.  Great value and great people.  If you haven’t had a chance, the Old Vines Chenin Blanc & Syrah are very good white and red starting points for familiarizing yourself with their style.

It’s a Marsanne/Roussanne/Viognier I believe ….and it’s probably my favourite right now, up there with the Chenin Blanc of course.

I like the Jackpot Viognier but the price hurts me a bit.
