Just came across this great post from Wine-Flair.com.

It has a great synopsis of the world’s best-known grape varietals, but what’s really cool is that there’s three different PDF’s (White, Pink & Red) with easy reference charts that tell you the most common varietals from all of the world’s major wine appelations.  Very good for those looking to discover more European wines which are labeled by place name, rather than varietal.  Now when you’ve just had a delicious Mentrida wine from Spain for the first time, you can be confident that you are officially a fan of Garnacha (or Grenache)!

It’s all right here…
