Pentâge has always been one of my BC favourites!
Fresh, bold whites, sturdy, rich reds plus a pink wine (100% Gamay) that is delicious, full of plums, rhubarb, lime and white pepper that in Vancouver, is only available at Salt Tasting Room (!), by the glass, bottle or in a flight!
