Salt is by far my favourite place to go in Vancouver, but aside from the ambiance and the great wine/charcuterie, one of the best parts of going to Salt is the knowledgeable and unpretentious staff. You really should have had the chance to present the flight on the show! The pairings and explanations of why are always spot on, and make a trip to the tasting room that much more enjoyable.
