Pennsylvania, a state with a government controlled liquor board, is planning to plant wine vending machines in supermarkets. But don’t get too excited minors, because the machine will require you to blow in a breathalyzer and insert your photo ID, which will be matched to your face via video by a government employee. There is a great article on Pennsylvania’s liquor system woes here, which actually somehow makes BC look like a rosy place to buy wine.
